About Me.
I am currently a BSc (Hons) Computer Games Design and Programming graduate from Staffordshire University. I am developing my portfolio and actively seeking experience and work within the games industry. I’m incredibly excited to work in the industry; creating new unforgettable experiences for others like those I have experienced myself.
My key attributes include a strong work ethic, creative problem solving and a friendly and approachable nature. I’m a big believer in a positive work environment and that collaboration produces the best results. In teams I exude a constant friendly attitude and engage in informative communication across disciplines.
I have a variety of interests and hobbies the obvious one being playing games, this includes video games, board games and even trying my hand at several different Table-Top Roleplaying Game systems.
Baking is another passion of mine; my family and friends are usually subjected to a new treat every week or two! I love pushing myself to learn new things to bake and perfect the recipes I’ve already tried. This includes a variety of cakes, pastries, cookies and biscuits. Baking has been such a big part of my life stemming from baking with my Grandparents and Mum from an early age. I find it a fantastic way to wind down after a hard week of work.
A small hobby of mine is sailing. Once every year or two my family partake in a holiday which revolves around us sailing to different islands for a week/two weeks alongside other holiday goers. Through this I have become a certified competent crew member and plan on working towards my day-skipper qualification which will allow me to captain a small vessel during the day.
My other interests include Film and TV, Books, Music and Nature Walking, but I am always open to try new experiences and hobbies too!
